Lithodora Grace Ward has foliage with a hairy texture and are a deep green, while the flowers are borne in spring and summer on terminal cymes and are star-shaped, some with blue with white edges. The cross star effect is very effective in flower beds.
This plant continues flowering over a long period so it is great for bringing that precious blue colour into your garden. They go well edging borders, cascading over rocks, in gravel gardens or in pots and tubs.
Grows well in most soil types which are moist but well draining. Prefers a sunny location. Feed with a slow release fertiliser during autumn. Frost hardy. Allow for a 2mt spread and height of 30-40cm
